All client data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption. We sign NDAs before any data exchange.
4. Data Retention
We retain your business data only for the duration of our engagement plus 90 days. Upon request, we permanently delete all data within 30 business days.

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties.

AlgoVista Analytics LLP provides data analytics consulting including business intelligence, dashboarding, data integration, forecasting, and related services.
2. Payment Terms
Project-based engagements require advance payment. SaaS subscriptions are billed annually.
3. Intellectual Property
All dashboards, reports, and outputs become the client's IP upon full payment.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information. NDAs are signed before data exchange.
5. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
